Our assessment

On cleaning performance the sample is close to unanimous, with allergy and particle relief reported repeatedly. Longevity and odour handling are the two places it splits, and the split is real enough to weigh rather than dismiss.

Evidence note: we sampled 13 customer comments for this exact product on October 12, 2026. We do not reproduce them here. This sample is not representative of every buyer; the site score instead uses the marketplace-wide average and rating count.

In brief

This is a large-room air purifier with a washable fabric pre-filter and a HEPASilent filter, controlled by a single touch button with three speeds and no automatic mode or built-in air-quality sensor. The marketplace average is 4.7 out of 5 from roughly 12,600 ratings, with 81 percent five-star, 12 percent four, and about 3 percent at one star. In our sample of 13 comments the performance theme is strong and consistent; the disagreements are about how long the unit lasts and how it handles odour.

The trade-off: air quality results against a mixed long-term reliability record

On cleaning, the sample is close to unanimous. Buyers with pollen, dust and pet allergies report symptoms easing, including one who says the morning stuffiness stopped within days and another who describes a whole pollen season without the usual reactions. Several run more than one unit, and the recurring detail is that the washable pre-filter visibly traps what would otherwise be in the room. Setup is described as putting the fabric cover on the base, dropping the filter in and replacing the top.

Longevity is where the sample splits, and it splits hard. One buyer reports two units running nonstop for five years without a problem, and another reports five years of satisfaction. Against that, one buyer describes the control button failing on a replacement unit and a second failure within months, and another reports a broken fan blade at around fifteen months, though that buyer also reports the company replaced the unit under warranty. With only a handful of comments on each side, the honest reading is that reliability is an open question rather than a settled one, and that the support channel to use is the phone, which more than one buyer says worked when email did not.

Odour handling is the other mixed point. Most buyers say it clears cooking smells, smoke and pet odour; one reports the opposite, that the unit seems to hold the previous smell. The carbon layer is what handles odour, and the sample describes replacing it roughly every six months and washing the pre-filter far more often. Two smaller notes recur: there is no air-quality sensor, so buyers who want one add a separate meter, and the unit is bulky enough that buyers are told to lift it from the base rather than the sides.

We have not tested this air purifier.

Bottom line

Reasonable to consider if your goal is allergy and particle relief in a large room and you will keep up with the pre-filter and carbon filter. If long-term reliability is your main concern, weigh the mixed reports here and keep the warranty in mind. The score shown for this product comes from the marketplace-wide rating and its rating count, not from these 13 comments. No individual customer review is reproduced here.
